Franklin caravans originally designed and produced these vans for a period of time and in the late 60's the decision was made to discontinue production. Mr Kennedy an ex employee then purchased the moulds and produced these fully moulded vans for a number of years, untill the lower cost of the aluminium vans made production financially unviable. These vans were also made under another 2 names Skyline and Clipper.
