On a recent trip to South Australia, with a day to spare I thought I would track down the original showroom for Globe Trotter Caravans.
With a quick search through the ourtouringpast.com Library I had the address and was off with the GPS telling me where to go. :? :?
I had no problem finding the building but I sure had a problem trying to find a parking spot, with those dammed yellow lines painted everywhere along the edge of the road telling me I couldnt park.
I finally found a spot and this is what I could see in the distance, which would be the rear of the building..

An aerial shot below showing the original building in Bowden.

And here it is the long awaited Globe Trotter sign.
