A search through Trove revealed the following information.
Fairland were already a going concern building trailers when they started constructing caravans around 1965 at the yard at Cabramatta, with custom built vans from 10 to 30 ft.
By 1966 they had two stock models the Californian and the Parisienne. Then in 1967 they released the 4, 5 and 6 berth Piccadilly (1960 model shown below) and California De-Lux
In 1968 they were an authorised dealer for Franklin caravans and opened a second yard at Sylvania catering for new and second hand Franklins.
