VERA - Book about a caravan restoration.

In the local bookshop today and this book caught my eye, Vera.
It is a softcover of 32 pages with lovely illustrations and it's the story of an old caravan found in a wrecker's yard and restored by a family who bring it back to life. What a strange idea for a book, I just can't imagine where people get such ideas for a book from.
I guess it's a childrens book, and at $20 I had no particular desire to buy it, but if I do I'll get if from the local shop, it's listed on line as high as $56 which seems way over the top for 32 pages
