Foldvans Pty Ltd
50 Iris Rd. Glen Iris. Victoria.

1967 Ad for Foldvans, I also have an identical ad from a 1955 magazine, so they were selling the plans and finished vans for atleast 12 years.

Hi Richard

I'm surprised you aren't familiar with a 'bathing box/machine', an early type of caravan used for privacy at the beach as you will see at http://www.victoriana.com/Etiquette/bathingmachine.htm+

Clearly well before my time but I have seen them in the old movies!

This item about 'Foldvan' appeared in the Modern Motor in March 1953 but I don't know if it relates to the same company as the address is different. Mr. Woods may have just moved.
