Hi

Here's an article from Motor Manual, November 1950, which gives information on the start of Anderson's Aerolite vans. I wonder what the converted car was and if it survives :?:

Aerolite Caravan ad from 1956.

It is very interesting that the 20' model has an aluminium chassis and can be towed with a Holden etc. That is a huge caravan to be towing with an old grey motor.

This item is from Modern Motor 15 January, 1955 about an experimental 20ft model with aluminium chassis. It seems it made it into production based on the item posted above. Nice looking vans, wonder if any survived or were they too light for their own good?
