Another little Swanson recently for sale on the internet.

Sellers comment.

1957-1959 Swanson caravan. This van has completely been rebuilt 18 months ago. Original oregon frame was retained. any damaged frame was replaced. All external 3 ply had to be replaced, this was replaced with 6mm Marine ply, painted on both sides, glued and screwed. 25mm insulation was fitted to the inside of the framework and then all internal walls had new 3mm ply fitted and painted. The inside ceiling was lowered 70mm and then insulated with r3 batts, then new ply fitted.
All external metal covering was retained. Roof vent was replaced with new timber and metal.
Original sink and tap unit have been retained, has an on/off tap in cupboard under sink.
New Axle, hubs rims and tyres fitted, including Electric brake system. New coupling fitted.
Van has all new electric wiring of powerpoints with circuit breakers for lights and power.
Van is fitted with a New Microwave and small electric fridge. Full size Double bed mattress with 2 x storage drawers under the bed. No 12v fittings in van.
All external lights are new with period looking LED blinkers, brakes and parking lights.
