Over the last few weeks I have been doing alot of research on Trove etc and have come across some very interesting bits of information.
But to start.
Bob Taylor has kindly given me copies of the Olympic Caravans "Concept Drawings" to post on the forum.

Olympic Condor recently advertised for sale on the internet.
After confirming with Bob Taylor who added that the design originally came from Anthony Pusterla's design which featured in November 78 Caravan World Magazine. (Anthony developed the Murrumba Star fibreglass caravan and slide on) Olympic later purchased the moulds and developed the design a bit further. There is another of this style of van that has the Olympic torch on the side.
Sellers Comment.
This awesome old Retro Caravan is in need of restoration as it has been sitting on Rural Property unattended for several years.
Googled this caravan and found very interesting reading as there is only one other found supposedly the only one manufactured but look we have another. Believe it to be an Olympic Condor made in the early 1980's.
Tow hitch has rusted off, wheel studs rusted through and tyres need replacing so you will need a tow truck to relocate.
One rear Holden tail light is broken, the three round roof hatches and side windows are missing and the rear door needs to be re-hinged.
Obviously other work required to bring it back to usable condition.
The caravan is approx. 20' total length.
The internal measurements are approx. width 226cm (7'5") x length 470cm (15'5") x height 196cm (6'.5") with walls approx. 20cm (8") thickness.
