A 1963 vintage caravan ad for Franklin caravans.
It looks as though the plywood van styles are looking a little dated compared to the Franklin fibreglass caravan.

This advertisement from Motor Manual November, 1959, would indicate kits were available for Al vans too. Wonder if anyone was game enough to tackle this big tandem. Masking it up for the fancy two tone paint and then lining it would have taken a month on its own! And still using a porthole window in the door in 1959.

Its has taken me till now to find an ad for the Franklin fibreglass caravan along with the Skyline fibreglass caravan in this 1962 publication.
All I need to do now is to work out the difference between the two different brands.
