Re: Graeme's Propert.
Hi Graeme.
WOW. What a top Job. It is hard to imagine that this is the same little van that you started with. The car and van combinaton looks great and Iam sure you will be swamped with lookers when you take the two out.
Its a credit to you mate and well done.
Cheers.
Richard.

Re: Graeme's Propert.
Well it seems as though Graeme has caught the vintage caravan bug well and truly after recently purchasing another Propert Folding Caravan.
This is another very early Propert with a serial number of 60. He was also told by the previous owner, who had owned it for 40 years, that this Propert was clad by the Propert factory from new in aluminium.

Hi George.
I haven't talked to Graeme in a week or so BUT I would imagine that the aluminium clad one weights slightly more as it is still clad in ply with the aluminium skin over that.
Cheers.

Re: Graeme's Propert.
Hi George and Richard
Sorry about the late reply, but in ACT at present time and found your posts whilst showing off the Properts to friends. Answer to your question. The new Propert (Tamy) according to old rego papers comes in at 340kg and needs to lose some weight. I'm going to take her over the scales when we get home. The extra heavy drawbar will be the first to go plus a few other bits of metal that someone has bolted on. Anyway time will tell. Am working on trying to get her down to Ruby's weight of 250kg.
Quick question, Tamy has not got a stove or water tank, can see where the stove was but can find no indication of water tank. The old owner said it never had one. Could this be right
